Sharing Services Global (OTCQB: SHRG), a publicly traded company dedicated to maximizing shareholder value through the acquisition and development of innovative companies, products and technologies, has inked a binding letter of intent (“LOI”) with American Wealth Mining Corporation (OTC: HIPH) to franchise the first HAPI Café location in New York City. SHRG is the master franchisor of HAPI Café in North America. According to the announcement, the companies plan to complete the transaction by the end of this month. In addition to the New York City location, American Wealth Mining anticipates opening 20 more HAPI Cafes in New York state in the next 18 months. HAPI Café is working to have more than 200 locations throughout the United States in that same time period.
