Reminds me of the 2017 press release when Spp was brought into Snpw as part of a reverse split when the ceo was quoted as Spp having 8 solar panel plants globally and 5 of them were in the U.S. (who got fooled?)
Then it reminded me of the Ri transit solar bus shelters never installed came to mind coupled with no advance notice (5 months/10-Q vs 5 day notice) to shareholders of a material event (lost Ri transit contract). Then they showed up on tweetBay for sale. (who got fooled?)
Then it reminded me of the barrage of tweets hyping up the "Don't mess with" (Texas) state, for 90 days, as the location for Spp's solar panel production . (who got fooled?)
Then it reminded me of the status of Medrecycler LLC in Nevada being in default since June 2022 and recent resignation of Medrecycler LLC's registered agent . (who's about to get fooled?)
Then it reminded me of those nano panels the company never had for sale (Stion manufacturer out of biz since 2017) despite the infamous press release of January 2022. (who got fooled)
Now, I'm being reminded again, and about to get fool again... Spp online store coming soon...Light Towers for sale on tweetBay...LOIs for an unknown brand of solar panels , realistically, not expected to be produced for another 18-24 months.
