We have received a signed letter of intent from the British Columbia corporation that was traded on the TSX Venture Exchange. The merger utilizing most of our assets is still expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter.
Our Shareholders may receive shares to be traded on the TSX Venture Exchange to be distributed via a dividend. $PSRU"
