Here, in the event of fraudulent bankruptcy, as in fact with GNBT, the perpetrator is punishable by 3 to 10 years in prison, and obviously with a ban on holding positions in other companies. This JM, candidly, immediately returned to do damage to another company, without paying for the scam perpetrated against hundreds of people.
