Before I rant I’ll just say the 10q is somewhat

“As of November 30, 2022, we had approximately 262.2 million unreserved authorized shares of common stock available for issuance. Our ability to continue to fund our operations depends on our ability to raise capital”
Operating expenses have been 15 million the past 6 months from the previous 45 million.
Cyrus is asking for 15 million from private investors. We have 262.2 million right now of the 350 million as of Nov 30th, 2022.
Now at the current share price, we would need approximately 68 million shares give or take a few pennies to get us to 15 million. Now at this price I’m assuming it would be at a discount so anything is possible could be as high as 100 million @ .15 cents a share. Does this mean anything short term ? Maybe, depends what is taking place behind close doors. Seems like we just need to keep the lights on for now.
So with that being said I think Cyrus will get the 15 million even if he gets .15 cents per share. I don’t think he can wait on any news because we need cash to pay Dr Welch in a week and we are so anxiously awaiting the hold to be lifted before any other news takes place imo.
Now I still think we have been doing these raises just to buy us time until the “infliction point for investors happens”. Whenever and whatever that might be, let’s just say I think these fire sales private placements are coming to an end very soon..
I think something much bigger is going on here. Kinda like MGK has been stating. Which makes the 15 million a moot point along with all the other stuff we are all worried about right now. Yes dilution sucks and I hope the bleeding stops. Now that I think about it I’m writing like MGK tonight. Hopefully people read this !!!!
So anyways…. Short answer, anywhere from 1 million shares to 150 million shares is my guess because nobody knows what the share price will be tomorrow. Not even Cyrus technically, because the hold can be lifted any day now and that alone changes a lot of things!!!!
I mean we are after all sitting on the cure for HIV. Can we really put a price on that.
