Im not here just to talk only good."  Your not really implying that when considering a buy order you perform your DD off of message boards first before reading filings, past PR's, calling or visiting the companies, etc?  Is this your first penny stock?

I completely disagree with the statement and it's somewhat naive.   Do you really give the bashers that much credit for bringing the PPS down?  Hedgies short the stock and the bashers just work for them  listing FUD but  the loss of "credibility", SEC filings, leaving the AS/OS alone, and operational performance dictate the PPS.  Who has given reason for the source of the FUD?  IMO there is enough uncertanity and doubt caused by TECO's 2012 PR's and the those same PR outcomes for bashers to write a book on uncertainty and doubt.  All a prospective shareholder needs to read is last years PR and then look at the 2012 filings and come to the conclusion that every PR was either inflated or completely false.  What real investor worth a dime invests in a stock from reading a message board?  I learned that lesson years ago.  Just last year I learned another valuable lesson of not investing in a penny stock based only on the company PR's. Those investors that do invest in stocks based on message board crap are the small time retailers who don't know better and who the hell needs more of them.  We need big time money  and institutional investing.  We need credibility and oil production and that will take care of the bashers. Ongoing communications from Sean provides great information so we can base whether ongoing delays continue and whether to hold, buy or sell.   I'm not buying another share based on what I read here or Ihub or phone calls or PMs, etc.  Again;  I prefer to chase the PPS because that will hopefully indicate some milestone has been met.  TRRC reports and SEC filings will trump PR's and message boards anyday.  That is what the big boys will want to see.
