I do like the research and detail MGK2 puts into their posts, however I don’t think BP is behind Amarex’s screw up. Kaz would not inside trade $400k worth of options given to him by Nader as a “get it done” incentive if he was paid by BP. Even if it was part of the coverup, why would he risk jail time on top of ending his career and reputation? Amarex screwed up and did not have the morals to admit it earlier so Cytodyn could find another CRO.
As for som damages money coming cytodyns way from the arbitration, Amarex does not have it and NSF is not officially named as on the hook in the arbitration. Cytodyn I think would need to sue nsf separately. NSF would walk away and let Amarex declare bankrupt. Cytodyn can’t assume their future funding comes from this. No matter the arbitration settles at, a huge amount of cash will never get into cytodyns check book with out a long legal process.
It will be nice to get something, mostly to prove Amarex screwed up and we do have a great product that was mis handled by an incompetent CRO. I just don’t think we should hang our future on it.
