Just got a call from Jason. First, there is no certified audit and if they do one, he said it would have to be after the filings are completed next month to ensure they had everything right. They are having insurance issues about moving to NorthCal's property-hope to have them straigtened out soon. NorthCal's attorneys are looking at other ways around the insurance problem. Said everyone really had their nose to the ground working hard. He said the MOU with NorthCal was solid and they were very encouraged and pleased with NorthCal and that relationship. I said shareholders were getting restless wanting news since the last PR was not much-he said that was the whole purpose of the PR was to inform shareholders not much new to report but everyone was working hard. He said these concessions take awhile to get as you are dealing with foreign contries. I asked him about the unanticipated opportunities in the Caribbean and he said yes, they were looking there also. He said we will definitely get the filing report sometime in April. He did not know about an audit after that. I just got the feeling they are working hard but not much news to report. He said several times working out these concessions in foreign countries was time consuming, meaning to me nothing coming anytime soon.
