UNVC: This assumes that Dalton ever intended to ha

It is incredibly easy to make a million bucks selling "ideas" down here in pinkie land. It is very difficult to actually create a million dollar profit generating business. It's obvious Dalton knows this, and this has been his main objective. Let's look at some of the facts...
-He pumped relentlessly when he had to sell shares.(Several occasions with the censorship crews help, sent all types of private messages to certain shareholders IMO were used )
-He Quote (hoped to create Generational Wealth to create hype.)
-He fabricates half-baked business ideas that are dead on arrival.
-He relies on scandalous pinkie lawyers.(He did this early on with great success until they were busted, we NO nothing about the one he uses now except he is owed MILLIONS)
-He partnered with toxic lenders rather than making an attempt at traditional financing.(Stiffed them also) No where to get any financing from now to many Leins and Judgments against Univec
-He has not, and does not, utilize ANY of the free avenues available to him to generate market awareness. (This is a big one) (Look how he could have promoted the products that were to have been with Bio-Remedies (2) Different Transdermal Patches, All the private label CBD products No products exist at all Fabricated
-He side steps around ANY of the pertinent questions shareholders ask him quarter after quarter.
-He blames bashers and "market makers."
Basically, this has played out like every other dirty pink in the history of the OTC. You have a guy that wants to run a successful business, with products whose success is dependent on gaining market traction, and yet ZERO attempt is made to have... social media presence, a functioning website with the (IP address in Provo Utah get real), any put together Ad Campaigns, brochures, anything not to be completely nebulous.
So then what has he successfully done? He has directly pandered to pinkie traders and sold a lot of shares for a lot of money.
If you look at things with even a little logic, it's smacking you in the face. I understand that the hope for many is that Dalton throws one last hail mary and scores big, but that hope is built on the idea that there was ever really any intent beyond the sale of shares. Sure, maybe Dalton hoped that he'd land a fish, but that wasn't priority number one for him.
And now, with the latest holding pattern he has everyone in, traders may be left holding a dead shell.
And the idea that Dalton can't "say what is going on with the company because someone might steal his plans or ideas from him "this is insane he has nothing that isn't already out in the market" because " his shareholders were forced to seek verification, and seeking verification proofed 2 Deals Bio-Remedies MD, Enogenesis but without them in the filings they are meaningless.
Did Dalton offer explanation? No. He just swept it under the rug and basically said, "You guys are making it really difficult for me to lie to you, so I am just not going to give any names or proof of anything so that you are totally in the dark, holding onto the false hope of whatever story I tell you."
Many of the red flags have been beaten to death, but some of them don't get nearly enough attention.
The NASDAQ Fiasco (a thing that is a complete failure, especially in a ludicrous or humiliating way) Doc sold a lot of shares60,900,000 during this big pump
A Partnership with Amazon that don't exist? Come on.
Come-On go through his tweets and the post made by shareholders he has used to pump his Falsehoods so he could enrich himself by selling shares, it will all come to lite and in my opinion this is the year this 21 year scam will end.
None of it, absolutely none of it adds up to this shell ever having a legitimate business effort behind it.
He done it this way the whole time UNVC was Dark, promising PR's all types of deals but done it by PHONE never in writing. Research it its all there for anyone to look and find it.
Dlaton has never intended for this to be a LEGIT Business
