Man so stupid you are .If a company is paying 10.00 to 12.00 an Hour and you start paying 15.00 an Hour the money has to come from some were.
Then you have the people that are making 15.00 to 17.00 to manager people
Just look at your self. Who would want to get payed 15.00 dollars an HR to manage you
Now oil is the life blood of an economy every thing you see around you has some thing to do with oil. You increase the price of oil you increase the price of every thing
