And the hit-ifs keep coming. The news of yesterday

Medicare is an insurance program that works hand-in-hand w/ Medicare Advantage insurance policies offered by private insurance companies. My thoughts run along the lines of ... IF, in fact, RecoveryRx is 'on deck' for 2023 for Medicare does this not positively affect the Advantage insurance offerings? Which, of course, brings to mind the CPT codes for 2023. Might we be looking at a 'package' deal, of sorts?
Quote:
Medicare - As of October 2021, the total Medicare enrollment is 63,964,675. Original Medicare enrollment is 36,045,321, and Medicare Advantage and Other Health Plan enrollment is 27,919,354. This includes enrollment in Medicare Advantage plans with and without prescription drug coverage. Medicare Part D enrollment is 49,141,158, which includes enrollment in stand-alone prescription drug plans as well as Medicare Advantage plans that offer prescription drug coverage.

So, look at the numbers, and assume RecoveryRx IS on the agenda to make the No Pain Act a reality for millions of patients. Let's take it down a notch to only 1%, equating to 600,000 who will use one (1) RRx per year and a $10 profit on each device. At $6,000,000 annually , that takes us way, way beyond profitability. And still, there is Synergy. Add in a few more million.
What motivates the bashturds (idiots don't need a reason only opportunity) is that Bioelectronics and/or Actipatch and/or RecoveryRx have not explicitly been named as the product of choice to fulfill the No Pain Act and insurance is not officially on board. The label 'Standard-of-Care' has not been, again, explicitly and/or legally attached to Biel products. Connecting-the-dots for bashturds is akin to sticking needles in one's eyes; i.e. - that which should always be avoided at all costs. They are on someone's payroll and so will not ever, ever concede anything positive vis-a-vis BIEL.
Spoiler Alert: if we are slated to be the provider of drug-free (no opioids), no side effect, FDA cleared, sensation-free, pain reliever of choice for Medicare, Medicaid and Advantage private insurance plans, then we will have become the 'de facto' Standard-of-Care' and life changes for lots of Bielievers. Would the military (VA) be far behind?
Who will provide all these devices? Not to mention design products w/ any tech advances such as renewable battery or a more potent device? Can we always rely on a manufacturer across the ocean? It turns out we have a (possible) solution right here in our own backyard: Viant/Meraqi. And, as luck would have it, a former employee, Dr. Sree Koneru works for them! And it seems the good Dr. has maintained contact w/ VP of Sales and our CEO. Will wonders ever cease? And what is this? a collaboration w/ one of the largest Orthopedic clinics in Ohio/country actually using RecoveryRx? Hold on a sec! Ohio? Isn't that the same state of the sponsor of 'The No Pain Act', Sen. Portman?
How does all of this happen? Without saying this, that, or the other there does seem to be a long-running storm of freakish coincidences. Weird, the CEO is busy taking bike rides and doodling, the VP of Sales spends his days polishing his cleats and the warehouse guys are on an 8 hr coffee break, What is goin' on? ... 2023 can't come soon enough.
