precisely my thinking...the only reason SA is still in the picture is because they see a very hefty payday for themselves, and likewise cytodyn. and there is very little chance kazem acted on his own

Kazem will not flip when addressed by SA as SA is only seeking to prove Gross Negligence. Regardless of what Kazem says, gross negligence will be proven. SA would not have taken the case had they not seen this from the get go.
Once Gross negligence is proven, and now with their main guy in the hot seat, NSF is up shits creek if they did not already cut a deal with CytoDyn. Because, if no settlement is reached, then NSF could see CytoDyn & SA for a second time around when the Truth Gumbo Pot comes to a boil over again where the sabotage is uncovered and revealed.
SA would not have come into the case if they felt there was not enough money. Amarex is not the prize. NSF could pony over a good amount. SA would love to get into the pockets of the BP string pullers. I think they want Kaz to flip.
SA should work out a settlement once and for all with NSF, but have the option to go after the BP, Big Media, Big Money string pullers if they become implicated.
