Try IPRU, shares haven't increased in 6 months, insiders hold about 200 million out of 350 million. The latest conversion were at .0016 of 140 million shares. It is to clear the book (they basically got rid of all the debt). Expect a reverse taken over.
Golden cross is about to happen. The stock has been kept in this range to get shares out.
Expect global distribution contract news coming, new issue is coming, and new website.
