it is actually completely reasonable, we know what Nader said, but we don't know what he was told by Amarex/Kaz. Nader's actions mean a lot based on the information he was getting and communicating. Amarex was hired as a CRO, a licensed regulated service, and they are responsible for the quality of their work. Cytodyn paid them. If Kaz was telling Nader it will get done, the FDA issues are minor and we are taking care of it, etc.. then Nader's communication with investors is way more reasonable than if Kaz was saying one thing, and Nader was saying another. The emails between these two will explain way more than what we know now.
We do know that if the work Amarex was doing was of the quality to get a proper BLA filed, none of our current situation would exist. no matter what Nader said or traded would matter. Condemning Amarex is well supported, What Nader was told and the sequence of events is unknown.
