I never saw anything about CYDY alleging fraud against Kazem or Amarex. Is there something I am missing that CYDY filed or stated?
There is currently an arbitration with CYDY and Amarex, but the fraud charges are from the SEC/DOJ against Kazem and NP personally, and Amarex is not a defendant in the lawsuit being brought.
