A satisfactory status quo day for $SFLM.
Opened with just 3.9M left at .0008 - less than has been bought at .0007 on the previous 3 days and down from a peak of 7.4M on December 21.
After 250K were bought at .0008 which counted down correctly, the remainder of the ask from impatient small holders wanting to reduce their tax bill on other trades was walked down to .0007. There were subsequently more trades at .0007 on the bid ask and bid.
Peak bid at .0006 was 88M - $52.8K sufficient to probably get the .0020+ break when applied to successive asks rapidly - probably not until January (unless we get an update this year).
Overall, 3.1M was traded today - the majority at .0007.
Share Structure was updated on December 8 - with no dilution confirmed again and no change to the Unrestricted Outstanding Shares in 40 days (to December

Those who have been observing long-term over the past 12+ months know how little is held in the .0020 > .02 range and therefore how quickly $SFLM can move up on the multiple anticipated catalysts ahead in 2023.
After .0012, we can expect asks to get back to the 1M > 5M range to .0020 then much thinner all the way to .01+.

Ahead we can expect an announcement on the divesting of SFLMaven of Florida, LLC - along with its losses off the balance sheet of the new company - and/or details of which of the promising leads found by Loyal Companies, LLC might go public within the new $SFLM portfolio.
There may well also be a name change and ticker change.
Ahead we await confirmation whether the Metaverse store and the patent pending and licensable HoloGlow technology remains with the "new" SFLMaven Corp controlled by the new CEO and Loyal Companies, LLC.
