when a stock is otc lim info you can't make claims of $100,000,000.00 when you are selling nothing, not paying staff, laying people off,..in may of last year the sec declared this very clearly. buried over 350 ticks, suspended and then grey one and all. lawsuits everywhere. if the sec is there, that is not good. i could be wrong but i thought someone posted mugs saying it.
