All I want to say at this time is that if $AMC/$APE shareholders do not vote yes to Adam Arron's proposal it is game over for $AMC and the naked shorts will win it all.
This is our chance to make the company CASH FLOW POSITIVE. A 10 for 1 reverse split of $AMC takes us to $60-$65 per share. Then AA makes another offer like he did with $APE, only this time an offer of ~80 million shares $AMC at $60-$65/share.
$5 billion in debt wiped off the books.

22% stake in Hycroft mining.... precious metals prices are not going down. May be a squeeze on Silver here soon.

$AMC CFP will be the end all for the naked short crew. Phase 6 is working, but
cannot wait that long. AA is doing the absolute right thing. $APE didn't work because the naked shorts have gamed the system. Time for another move they cannot get out of. It is up to $AMC shareholders to make this a reality.
If the FTX debacle didn't wake $AMC shareholders up to the fact that things are out of control, I don't know what will. Sammy hasn't even begun to sing yet, but when he does those lights at Citadel may be burning 24/7/365 again.
