the SEC and DOJ are pressing on nader while there are infinitely more egregious criminals committing atrocities on a daily basis in plain sight. yes he shot his mouth off and yes he sold stock at suspicious times while in turn promoting the drug, but i have a hard time believing he is a charlatan out to screw people out of their money, like so many others.
my take is that he is thin skinned, inexperienced, and panicked, and realized he was getting screwed from many different angles and thought he could cash in some chips that had been as high as $10 at one point. well, its illegal to promote and sell when you know things are bad, and if thats the case he should pay the price. but did he / could he know the amarex data was such a joke? i dont know.
wells fargo just got slapped with a 1.7 bil fine and yet no one going to prison for the most blatant systematic corporate directed fraud we have seen in a while. and its not nearly the first time with them...just a fine that constitutes 1/45th of their profit last year (78 bil / 1.7) is hardly a deterrent, no one even gets fired. expect more bs from wells fargo in the future, they are not swayed.
the openly blatant naked shorting / fail to deliver / synthetic share crime wave happening right before our eyes is barely even acknowledged because they are all making way too much money fleecing all of us. just like the ratings agencies giving crap mortgage backed securities high ratings when they knew it was crap.

anyone who thinks cytodyn and the miracle drug are not getting cheated, blackballed, slow walked, buried, sabotaged and soon to be stripped of assets by the piranhas need to put down the pipe. its not that mysterious. there is still a chance but the powers that be have all the power and our lunch money is about to be taken.
yes it will be "funny" when the facts and real data come to light, eventually, and reveal that 95% of what nader claimed was accurate. would be nice if cytodyn still has a firm grip on the ownership when this happens.
