Just to add my inflation adjusted 13 cents . . .since many of the comments re:NP veer into personal attacks - and perhaps rightly so, I know nothing about the legality of what he did/didn't do re: the law - but some very reputable people have told me how NP intervened on their behalf to supply LL to a critically ill loved one, rapid/dramatic interventions that very likely saved lives.
Bottom line, if he broke the law he should be punished. And if we held the FDA to the same standard, heads would fly there as well. But if NP did have faults, he also had positives, and by his positive actions, people are alive today that perhaps would have died. An inept manager out for his own personal gain is a caricature, the man should also be recognized for saving both LL and a few lives.
And yes, like many, I'm waaaay down in this, my only investment.
