Remember that NSF installed two of their people to serve concurrently at Amarex when they bought it. Supposedly Nader wrote the NSF CEO who said he would "look into it" and then stonewalled CYDY. This appointment of their new president, an NSF person, bolsters the argument that NSF knew about the problem in a company they CONTROLLED and did nothing -- thus leaving NSF and its very deep pockets liable for Amarex's actions.
