UNIVEC, Inc. will make private label and bioRemedies MD products available through several distribution channels throughout the U.S. market, including recently acquired community-based outpatient mental health centers.
Bio Remedies MD’s proprietary cannabinoid-based products will be used by UNIVEC, Inc. in clinical behavioral health settings for out-patient treatment.
After 13 months if I were Joe Zumbo, Pat Kelly I would be asking questions of Dalton, Nothing has been put in any filings of UNVC, and that is where it matters. I'm not going to even talk about the Patent Pending Transdermal Patches because they don't exist.
As for as a deal with Enogenesis all i have is what the man told me at the Enogenesis company (recorded.) They are a legit company with products I believe would sell real good.
Robert Kremer, Co-founder, CEO of Enogenesis I believe wouldn't put up with Dalton very long if he does them as he has others in the past. Now if Dalton has to farm it out as DGW stated might happen in his post then the revenues for UNVC would be minimal at best.
