I think it's a good bet that Cyrus and crew have been getting slammed with inquiries about what effects Nader and Kaz's indictments will have on the company and perhaps some questioning of past trial results so this could be to allay any fears of bad stuff on those fronts but Thursday will tell. Maybe it will be that plus a quarterly called rolled into one.
