From another board, the gang are looking to add another 1.1 billion shares to the 1 billion o/s with the new offering and at a very low price:

Starting today, the offering was deemed effective yesterday. They are trying to raise $5 million. Minimum investment is $10k. Each unit is $.0225 and consist of 5 shares of common stock and a five year warrant at $.02.
Breaking it down, 5 shares for $.0225 = $.0045/share or a 65% discount to market. Plus the warrant.
