I'd feel better knowing the submittal has been sent but that is just handholding.
The shareprice is likely to suffer regardless until there is clarity about new trials and how they will be paid for. A hold lift might/should slow the bleeding.
We have just heard the initial major news regarding the SEC/DOJ and NP. Next it will be a dozen small news items having to do with Dr Kelly, CYDY the corporation potentially being fined at minimum because ultimately the company sent out the PR's. Not to mention the old BOD's allowed all this to happen. New class actions plus the investor suit(s) already underway which got a huge boost thanks to the SEC/DOJ.
We need a big time investment from someone and that someone needs to appreciate the common shareholder's interest.
