The question is does the company announce they have "completed" the response to the FDA's questions or wait to announce the FDA's answer.

I have never talked with Paulson as I am not a client but I've talked with other reps from companies I had interest in their book of business. They are usually guarded with what they say but they have ways of stating things that "might" be happening and it usually is stuff the company has already alluded to such as seeking partners etc.
