True but it’s very hard not to implicate Amarex as it was clear they did absolutely nothing. Once Kaz found out he could get something out of it like shares he put in his wife’s name then he had no problem filing the BLA.
According to the document we were Amarexs biggest customer. On top of it Np paid a ton of money to get it done but Amarex stood around and did nothing. I think NP said he spent an extra 150k get the BLA done. NP was wrong but anyone who things Amarex was complicit needs to read the SEC documents again. Kaz was the number two man for Amarex correct. Waiting for the DOJ documents to see what else they have.
