First of all the article is totally inaccurate with respect to parties and contract term etc. Company screwed itself letting this get released.

A "smart kiosk" never existed and still doesn't exist today.
Hold them accountable. Nobody does the due diligence. Most just act like the sheep and follow the yellow brick road.
