You have seen that silence from the company has resulted in
A significant drop in share worth. At this point, I don't believe that
This can be construed as 'passive silence', maintaining ur foundation
That until What you consider 'significant' information can be released, u will
Not reach out to the shareholders.
There have been multiple pieces of information that have been ncovered through
Due diligence of ur shareholders, such as the new office/warehouse
Location, and more importantly, the settlement of the suit with Walters.
It should be very well understood that each piece of information holds very
Different amount of weight for each individual shareholder, and while
The company would like to maintain that they will only release significant
Information, I believe that is up to the shareholders to gauge what is
Significant and what is not.
Given all this, and again, the significant drop in share worth as
What, in my opinion, is a direct result of silence from the company, given that
No significant changes have happened over the course of this
Period of silence, why has the company been 'actively silent' during this
Time period?
What is the motive for being 'actively silent'?
What is thought to be gained through this?
Does an over 60% drop(not sure of exact number) in the share price due to company silence, Despite pleas from shareholders for any sign of life, concern you?
Is this something we should expect to happen regularly?
Do u believe that this volatility is due mainly to being a pink sheet company?
If so, what steps are u taking to become current and move to a higher market
So that such price manipulation and volatility does not occur.
Wer, I understand that thes questions have a lot if my personal opinion in them,
So u may edit as you please.
Thank u again.
