Let me take a stab at it and share my opinion.

Not so sure I would call it promising. Snpw has yet to get a loan, they are insolvent and it’s undefined how they would service a loan should they receive one. The asset I do see them potentially having is through a reverse split that would yield them approx. 900m new shares.
Snpw, to my knowledge, has never operated a manufacturing facility. They, to my knowledge, have not been in the business of manufacturing solar panels. They, to my knowledge, do not have a customer base for panels. They, to my knowledge, do not have a sales force to go out and win business. I doubt many, if any, are sitting on the sidelines saying going to wait and buy product from a start up. Two hurdles - order demand - product fulfillment.
Maybe someone can enlighten me on who and why view this as a promising venture. And please, the loi reportedly placed for product from this facility to be built needs definition. Loi from who, for what, beginning when etc.
I welcome opposing opinions.
My opinions.
"The SNPW business plan to develop and operate a major solar technology manufacturing plant in the USA is a very promising project as solar panels are being recognized at one of the most economical and dependable technologies for the emerging demand in renewable energy solutions"
