Until the final settlement for the Mar 2010 promo the legal dept etc have been taking a dont rock the boat stance-esp no doubt re forward looking events-those trying to destroy CWRN have gotten more mileage out of that no gain no shares issued Mar 2010 promo than possibly in history-while shorters are regularly engaged in defrauding longs with impunity.
Hopefully once Bobs vacation is over on Mar 25 they can finish that settlement and then get back to a normal news flow and back to pursuing the OTCBB uplisting noted in the May 26 2011 etc PR.
