Only you believe Foxess is a Fortune 238 company.

I guess that makes the snpw "National Mechanical Group" (NMG) subsidiary also a "publicly traded conglomerate transforming the World into smart cities powered by renewable energy"?
Foxess is not even a public company. It's a start up subsidiary that needed the first U.S. company that raised it's hand to find a way into the "Americas". How else does a China company get its products certified in the U.S.? As if any other real proven solar company was going to commit to a new startup with little experience and unproven products in the solar applications space.
Haven't seen any other U.S. solar companies take on Foxess products over the past 13 months? Haven't seen one legitimate spp U.S. Foxess customer over the past 13 months? Maybe it's hidden in the 10k of Q3 revenue not coming out of Ri transit business (now defunct) making up 66% of $30K quarterly in revenue? That would mean zero revenue coming out those 40 bus shelters in Howell, Nj and those 100 or more bus benches in Florida?
A handful of demo units shipped, for MES to experiment on, back on June 7th, were the last of your made up Fortune 238 company's shipments. That business is clearly failing despite products being thrown around on twitter that the company has never seen the light of. No to mention the dead link to all Foxess products on Foxess global partner page and spp's own website. https://www.fox-ess.com/global-partner/ and https://www.fox-ess.com/global-partner/ and not to mention no spp website link to those highly promoted (incl press release) Nano panels https://sunpacificpower.com/nano-solar/
in my humble opinion
cheers
