Going to try to catch more $APE shares before it equalizes.
Brokers are also starting to restrict the buying of $APE shares from what I have been reading.
Been a while since I bought some. Maybe it's time to buy more pre Christmas prices.
About this FTX debacle....... WOW~! Just absolutely insane.
How do they put these facts out there and claim no wrongdoing~?
Come on Gensler~! This should also be a DOJ priority even if the DOJ has to implicate the SEC~!
SEC Commission needs investigating as well. How can a ticker like $DBMM win a court case in 2019 against SEC lawyers with an SEC appointed ALJ Judge Carol Foelak, "Case dissmissed". No revocation. Heavily shorted ticker under Asher (toxic lender) Curt Kramer.
SEC lawyers get vindictive sending $DBMM to the SEC Commission for review.
It has been 3 years of waiting for the SEC commission to "review" $DBMM.
Meanwhile $DBMM has been compliant with all filing requirements since 2017 as per SEC. SEC Commission continues to stall the review of $DBMM for 3 years now.
$DBMM was on grey sheets with CE on it, then in September/October of 2021
was uplifted to Pink Current. CE still remained. Since this time 2021 $DBMM has been trading in Canada with up to 6 market makers but does not trade in the US market due to CE designation.
$DBMM had to file a 211 in February 2022, hire a market maker, Glendale Securities to submit audits and filings to FINRA/OTC in order to have CE removed. Rule 15c2-11 covers the requirements necessary for the initiation or resumption of electronic quotation of securities in the OTC Markets.
FINRA has said $DBMM meets all of these requirements. Now just waiting for the CE to be removed so trading can resume in the US market.
What are the naked shorts afraid of~? Is the SEC Commission protecting Retail investors or those that naked shorted $DBMM~?
Maybe Gary Gensler needs to investigate his own commission like suddenly investigating Sammy Bankman Fried and FTX.
He won't do that though for fear the breadcrumbs may come back to him.
So corrupt this market and the Fed with it.................................
