AGSS another very important thin is retirement of 1.8B preferred shares which was one of the big problems it had, now no longer an issue. This will hands down be one of the best otc -> higher exchange moves in its history, with a 2m float. and MM ASCM is gonna get their ass handed to them trying to short it. Fun is an understatement here.
