C)Cory Ribotsky UNVC Formerly a Cory Ribotsky AJW/NIR financed stock. Named in SEC v Ribotsky as one of the earlier uncollectable defaulters. Defaulted on Baltimore City minority business loans and IRS tax liens.
At the time of the SEC lawsuit against Ribotsky and he was convicted.
UNVC was disclosed by the SEC to be in default. The suit by the SEC does not cure the debt to Ribotsky. The debt was sold to PWC Cayman Islands as the trustee for collections
Just like in 2010. Dalton files for personal bankruptcy $100k income. 50k owed to Amex and a car loan on a Lexus. Out of nowhere a Toxic Funder that UNVC was in default to decided to loan UNVC another $60k. Loaning a multi million dollar business that is in default on a $200k loan ANOTHER $60k????
UNVC went dark right after that....and Dalton's Bankruptcy went away.

Dalton loves to live large on everyone else's money and has for many years, He want even pay his bills or Univec's bills. Can not run a business look at all he claims like the fake company HRI which is just to make his image look good well its not working anymore, why so many personal judgments and liens against him and his wife.
