ohm, I have a question on AAV. Let's say, using this vector, LL is 100% effective, and completely drops viral load to zero for even 5 years following the intramuscular injection. The muscle cells essentially pick up the AAV vector, and become little antibody factories which produce leronlimab ad infinetum.
My question is, "Is it possible, for what ever reason, to turn this off?" Can this process of producing LL be blocked once it has been started? Do you think this will be necessary to prove, that there is an antidote to the process, if necessary, for whatever reason, that an antidote in fact exists, for the FDA to look kindly upon such a solution?
