Last i saw posted is DF has been charged but outcome keeps getting postponed. No updates. As for the company he created its still alive and Ultraflix gets uploads of new releases periodically on certain platforms like Roku. The quality of the videos is superior to others I heard. The problems with transfer agent and CE still iseems to be a issue that allegedly is being address to get relisted. Although progress is painfully slow possibly due to costs involved. If anyone out there has info to share please post anything to this starving board. No sense on posting negative trash anymore since the pps is zero and can't go any lower.
