That part of the CC had me shaking my head. CCL2 also binds to CCR5 and with the greater preponderance of CCR5 over CCR2 leronlimab would also effect the cascade at that point and not only starting at the myofibroblast stage. Later in the CC there's even a slide that shows the downregulation of CCL2 by leronlimab.
