Alabama building still listed for sale..LOI expiring soon?
Wonder if a ridiculous non-refundable deposit was put down to get one of those infamous LOI's signed.
Remember when some "wonderer" said the realtor's listing for sale was coming down soon 1 1/2 months ago.
