14C filed for 12 months... 14C extended 6 months...14C canceled...14C filed again for another 12 months...now 8 months later?
what other penny stock has ever shown so such hanging out of shareholders to dry so many times and for so long? when you only have to answer to yourself it must be easy.
always a 14C in place until the next convertible 200K to 600K loan is in place only to burn through more cash and still only having $1,200 in receivables in the cupboard as of september 30, 2022. and to think 67% of $29K of quarterly revenue stream is now terminated.
how the heck to go through so much cash borrowed time after time and have zippo to show for it. other than a waste of a anaheim trade show, one foxess battery install in someone's garage and a photo shoot of some 3rd party company's building the company just handed foxess service and maintenance revenue stream to instead of photos of the spp regional hub and warehouse promoted on twitter as "our".
just bizzaro to say the least.
