maybe more ppl will become aware of penny stocks and otc exchange now that broker Charles Schwab- one of the brokers most favorable to such- is or has acquired large broker TDA
perhaps remedial training will be taught to brokers- "but i-and more importantly my master, doesnt want me to learn" many will say - you know online commissions are the same for otc trades-which i believe often greatly exceed the number of big board trades
"whats the otc? oh its just too hard to understand. the otcqx- whats that" [and then after a long pause for them to look it up "otcqx is a mutual fund!".
