What the h$ll is this? A tweet with an unnamed quote?
Just when I thought I've seen it all? How the hell can you tweet something like this on a public company's twitter page? So bipolar!

Who the hell tweets a quote from some state agency, supposedly "valuing a partnership that we have developed" without the name of the state agency and name of the person that made the statement?
I've seen it all. It can't get any worse. Is this another desperate attempt to not have the stock tank anymore than it has?
Friday afternoon patting of oneself on the back? It never ends. Freakin bizzaro! Worse than a lemonade stand business.
