$Univec Think about this over the weekend why doesn't any revenue show up in the filings from all the Mental Health Clinics we Supposedly bought last year, would it be because UNVC can't legally do business in MD because of Forfeited Companies and the Judgments and Liens against Univec and Dalton.
Someone should be able to give us a answer.

(OTCMarkets:UNVC) is pleased to announce the signing of a binding term sheet for the acquisition of accredited outpatient mental health centers in Maryland. These centers are community based centers which provide outpatient mental health counseling treatment for substance abuse and other ancillary services. The acquisition will add in excess of $17million in topline revenue to Univec and is expected to close on or around September 30, 2021 subject to final due diligence and valuation.
