I agree it was a great call. What I think I’m reading on the board between those pleased with call, and those disappointed, is basically that the pleased ones of us are loving the scientific presentation and enthusiasm by the SAB, and those not pleased wanted some news that would cause an increase quickly in the stock price. I wasn’t expecting a stock price increase, and was very pleased by the presentations.
“Sounds like Recknor is gone. On the one hand i'm bummed because he seems like a solid guy - on the other hand, I like that Cyrus is building out his own team, based on his mission for this company.”
Concerning this point, I wonder what happens to the lab he set up when having our own bio marker lab was a corporate necessity for many reasons. Perhaps his absence means the lab is no more as well. And that could mean several different things. I’ll leave that up to others and future news to clarify. Could be simply savings. Could be not needed anymore because we’ll be tracking those data another way. Could be the ink is drying on partnerships. IDK. But losing Recknor calls into question the future of his lab.
