Short Summary - December 7.
A disappointing day for $SFLM.
Again, in the absence of news, one or two manipulators stacked 18.5M at .0010 - down 3M from the peak just before the close yesterday.
Some impatient small holders then traded on the bid at .0009 and .0008 - as reported contemporaneously - and some of the .0008s bought were put up at .0009 by one-tick flippers.
Closed, 23M .0007 + 3.5M .0008 x 8M left at .0009 - down to 2M when day trades cancelled after the close.
Overall, 26M was bought today mainly at .0008/9.
Share Structure was updated on December 1 - with no dilution confirmed - just an increase in Restricted shares - presumably to cater for the change of CEO. Details here: https://investorshangout.com/post/view?id=6505584
Those who have been observing long-term over the past 12+ months know how little is held in the .0020 > .02 range and therefore how quickly $SFLM can move up on the multiple anticipated catalysts ahead.
After .0012, we can expect asks to get back to the 1M > 5M range to .0020 then much thinner all the way to .01+.

Ahead we can expect an announcement on the divesting of SFLMaven of Florida, LLC - along with its losses off the balance sheet of the new company - and/or details of which of the promising leads found by Loyal Companies, LLC might go public within the new $SFLM portfolio.
Ahead we await confirmation whether the Metaverse store and the patent pending and licensable HoloGlow technology remains with the "new" SFLMaven Corp controlled by the new CEO and Loyal Companies, LLC.
