Let me preface this by saying this is PURE SPECULATION on my part, I do not have any facts. BUT Sounds to me like if we are apart of the Dream Exchange they would be or are assisting doc in building the company and putting management infrastructure in place and helping merge the other private companies he planned on bringing in. Because they have the assets and resources to do that. Maybe thats why docs silence he's been busy literally building the company from within with help.
