I wonder if anything will even come from all of this. From looking at how the stock was given, it looks like they HAVE to get the SEC involved, but the question is, will they?
Then, the question is, why would these so called ex executives even file a complaint knowing the paperwork was never filed, thus the shares would be invalid in the first place?
Something just does not add up as this is a bankruptcy case, where all of this would or should be disclosed.
Now, everyone has to wait until January to find out what is going on, when just contact the SEC, have it investigated, the paperwork or lack of would prove it, they withdraw the complaint and it's over.
