, a company specializing in emerging industries acquisitions with an emphasis in the self-serve vending market, is pleased to announce that on November 30, 2022, the Company signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU" with Cannabox Inc., a Florida based company, providing proprietary technology CBD vending machines for stores and businesses.
This MOU allows the parties to provide the foundation and structure for exploratory discussions related to a potential acquisition agreement that will benefit the advancement of their business plans. Cannabox Inc. (Dba Canaboxx) is the developer of CANABOXX® the first operational retail CBD and cannabis vending machine that provides a convenient automated way for customers to purchase CBD and CANNABIS products.
