We have Norman out here and he has many many years doing this. I venture to say 30 to 40. We need someone to stay on top of it making sure everything gets done. Capital included.LOL
David handles plenty of that but he is finishing up with the RRC. He can't be everywhere at once.. It's coming as we work through the list.
