"That is what Treaty is suppose to do" and I tot

"That is what Treaty is suppose to do" and I totally agree. Bull has volunteer'd to be on the ground to protect his investment by becoming proactive for TECO. What was TECO's plan upon dismissing York? Were they going to hire someone before Bull volunteer'd? Why doesn't TECO have lifelong subject matter experts in W. Texas helping Bull on the reworks and lending expert advice? We will have Pistol on the ground one of these "months" and I believe there is a "David" involved who also has an operators license but why so few direct employee's for the reworks? Maybe I'm missing something since I am not familiar with standard oil business practices. I just hope TECO isn't being "penny wise and pound foolish".
